After being let down by another company with poor floor preparation, Kai really did save the day. He initially came by the same day as my enquiry to see what was left by the previous company. He gave some honest advice and wasn’t pushy at all. Quoted a really great price to complete the job properly and started the following week. Turned up every day he said he would and on time. The floor looks absolutely fantastic. Really good job and the attention to detail was brilliant. Great communication throughout.
